EcoLine – Static pulverizer – DSP

The crushers in the EcoLine DSP models are specifically designed to bring a competitive static pulverizer to the market with the quality you expect from Demarec. It is a completely new concept with new interchangeable wear parts. These static pulverizers have been developed for secondary demolition. Crushing on the demolition site reduces transportation costs. The EcoLine series of static pulverizers is developed for excavators from 15 to 55 tons. …The crushers are intended for the mid-segment, with a competitive price. They are also suitable for use on smaller machines. “And of course, they have the Demarec quality. During the development, we made no compromises on quality, but mainly looked at opportunities to develop a product with a more favorable final price for the customer. The Demarec philosophy of fully interchangeable wear parts has also been implemented in the DSP-Ecoline. Also, the well-known features such as; speed valve and the cylinder placed upside down, to fully protect the cylinder rod and the robust pivot point, are implemented in the EcoLinestatic pulverizers.
